Bibenda 2025: 4 drops, an accolade of merit
Radici Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva Biologico PDO Colline Pontine has been awarded the 4 Gocce Bibenda, thus entering among the oils of great level and outstanding value, according to the prestigious guide of the Italian Sommelier Foundation.
Behind this achievement is the commitment of Antonio Ottaviani, who in Roccasecca dei Volsci, in the province of Latina, guards 25 hectares of olive groves cultivated with respect for the environment and a passion for agricultural tradition. A path that starts from the recovery of ancient abandoned olive groves and is completed with the use of cutting-edge technologies, in a circular economy project that looks to the future.
