Our Story
Our story is intertwined with the land. It is our precious heritage, the source of the dedication and commitment we put into our work.
Solatìa Farm is rooted in a story of family values, a passion handed down from generation to generation, and the experience of one man, Grandpa Antonio, who passed on to us from childhood his love for nature and olive growing.
Our Land
Our farm lies in an area with a strong tradition of olive growing, blessed with ideal weather and mineral-rich soil. The mild climate, with hot summers and sea breezes caressing the hills, lets our olives ripen slowly and gradually, developing complex aromas and intense flavours.
