An extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from olives of the Itrana cultivar, grown according to the principles of organic farming. The result is a Colline Pontine PDO and organic olive oil, an authentic expression of the region and of a short, controlled supply chain.

From manual harvesting to cold pressing, all the way to bottling in UV-protected packaging types, every step of the process is carefully managed to preserve the product’s organoleptic characteristics and ensure the highest quality.

Recognized as the best oil in the Colline Pontine PDO – Light Fruity category at the 32nd edition of the Premio Roma Evo, a competition organized by the Rome Chamber of Commerce, Radici has reaffirmed its excellence with major national accolades.
