When oil becomes experience

Solatìa Farm participates in the regional project dedicated to the promotion of oil tourism activities in Lazio, co-financed with funds from the Regional Law No. 14/2023 – Lazio Region. , under the call for proposals promoted by ARSIAL – Regional Agency for Development and Innovation of Agriculture in Lazio.

The initiative was created with the aim of introducing people to the world oforganic extra virgin olive oil and the richness of our territory, through experiences that combine nature, culture and taste.
Our oil tourism activities take place in the heart of Roccasecca dei Volsci, among centuries-old olive groves and landscapes that tell the agricultural and environmental history of the Pontine Hills.

Experiences in the company

Our oil tourism route was born out of a desire to provide an authentic experience that allows those who visit us to connect with the history, culture and landscape of oil.

We accompany our guests among the olive groves that stretch across the hills of Roccasecca dei Volsci, where we recount the olive cycle and the organic farming methods we guard with respect and dedication.

The visit continues in the farm spaces and in the oil mill, the beating heart of our production, where each stage, from harvesting to pressing, is explained step by step to reveal the work, care and passion that give life to our extra virgin olive oil.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting of Solatìa oil, a sensory moment that invites you to recognize its aromatic nuances and discover how quality comes from the balance between nature and artisan knowledge.

Upon request we organize experiential days dedicated to the discovery of the territory: walks among the olive trees, thematic meetings and tastings of typical local products, in a path that combines knowledge, taste and sharing. A way to experience our land firsthand and bring with you the truest essence of our work.

La nostra azienda agricola si trova in un territorio fortemente vocato all’olivicoltura, favorito dalle ottimali condizioni climatiche e dal terreno ricco di minerali. Il clima favorevole, con le sue estati calde e le brezze marine che accarezzano le colline, permette alle nostre olive di maturare lentamente e gradualmente, sviluppando aromi complessi e sapori intensi.
