Our products are carefully prepared and rigorously inspected.
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products, even in case of an afterthought.
We only accept returns if the product is defective or does not conform to the order.
Conditions for return request

Returns can be requested within 7 days after delivery.

The report must be received within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photos of the defect or error.

The product must be intact and in the original packaging.
Expenses and reimbursement

Return shipping costs are borne by Solatìa Farm only in the event of a defect or error on our part.

In all other cases they remain the responsibility of the client.

Refund will be made within 7 business days after verification of the return, via the same payment method used at purchase.

Alternatively, you can request a product replacement or a credit for future purchases.
Important Note
The 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code does not apply to sealed, opened or perishable food products for hygienic and safety reasons.
