Art. 1 – General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply exclusively to purchases made on the website www.solatiafarm.com
and govern the sale of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and related products, in accordance with the Civil Code, Legislative Decree 70/2003 and the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) as amended.

Transmission of an order implies acceptance of these conditions, which you are asked to read and save.
Solatìa Farm reserves the right to change the general conditions without prior notice.
Art. 2 – Purpose
These Conditions exclusively govern the online sale of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and agricultural products under the Solatìa Farm brand, as described in the product sheets on the site.
Art. 3 – Conclusion of the contract
To purchase, the user selects products from the catalog, places them in the shopping cart and proceeds to checkout. The order is finalized upon confirmation of payment and receipt of the confirmation email.
Article 4 – Availability of products
The availability listed on the site is up to date, but may vary. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and can choose between replacement, hold or refund.
Art. 5 – Prices and payments
Prices are in euros, including VAT, and may vary over time. Those applied at the time of order remain valid.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit card (major circuits)
- Bank transfer
- Klarna (installment or deferred payment according to terms of service)
- PayPal (under activation)
Art. 6 – Delivery
Delivery is by courier to the address indicated by the user. Average times are 48-72 working hours in Italy, and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the confirmation of the order.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by weight, volume, and destination. Shipping is available only to the countries listed on the site.
Solatìa Farm is not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.
Article 7 – International Shipments
For shipments to non-EU countries, prices quoted do not include taxes, duties and customs clearance charges. These charges, if due, will be communicated via email to the customer after the order is received and remain the responsibility of the recipient. The order will be processed only after acceptance of the relevant charges.
Art. 8 – Control on arrival and passing of risk
The customer is required to check the integrity of the package upon delivery and immediately report any visible damage to the courier, under penalty of forfeiture of the right of return.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the products. Ownership is transferred to the total balance of the order.
Article 9 – Warranty and Conformity
Solatìa Farm is responsible for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. For food products, the warranty is valid within the limits of the Minimum Shelf Life (MCT) stated on the label.
Art. 10 – Returns Policy
Solatìa Farm accepts returns only for defective products or products that do not conform to the order. Returns for second thoughts or product changes are not accepted.
The report must be sent within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation. Products must be returned undamaged, sealed and in the original packaging.
Solatìa Farm is responsible for return costs only in case of defective or wrongly sent product. Refunds will be made within 7 business days of verification of the return, with the same payment method used.
Art. 11 – Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable food goods, open Packs or products that are likely to deteriorate rapidly.
Article 12 – Privacy and data protection
The processing of personal data collected during purchase is done in accordance with the EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Privacy Policy available at www.solatiafarm.com

Article 13 – Complaints and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
The place of jurisdiction is that of the registered office of Solatìa Farm.
This is without prejudice, for consumers, to the place of residence or domicile under the Consumer Code.
