For three days, the Campagna Amica Market at the Circus Maximus will be transformed into a reference point for those who want to really get to know the world of EVO, discover new productions and delve into topics related to quality and well-being.

The program offers thematic talks, panel discussions, guided tastings and scientific talks exploring every aspect of extra virgin olive oil.
